Got A Minute For Your Health mobile fitness app provides fast, easy one minute exercise videos for an office workout that helps strengthen, tone, stretch and energize the body, alleviate low back pain and combat the effects of prolonged sitting. Got A Minutes scheduling functions allow you to set reminders to prompt you to get up and move throughout the day using our professionally designed one minute exercise videos for improved work life balance. The apps analytics function tracks your activity by the main body parts and muscle groups worked in each exercise. Got A Minute comes with five (5) free videos including exercises for all the major muscle groups. You can also make in app purchases in groups of four (4) videos to add variety to your exercise library or buy the complete Got A Minute library of 25 videos.
